The company was completely unprofessional. Packed everything without asking, and lost a dental kit and broke a chandelier. The dental kit cost 15 k including a night guard retainers and a whitening kit. They packed it without even asking then lost it. and the chandelier cost 15 , they broke many pieces of it due to their poor and unprofessional packing.

oh my god I just got escaped from the worse movers in UAE, I initially planned to send my baggage through one British owned company… normally I don’t change my mind at any point of time. but as I was going through the reviews I found many people have been cheated by that company then I have looked for another company were I found a movers world , ISS was one of their participant and ISS offered a price which was almost same or little more. but the job ISS did was excellent. as they collected my baggage they had shipped and door delivered. as I had to come back to Dubai after two weeks vacation to get backon duty – actually I am flying for Emirates. It was not my first move in Dubai but yes with ISS Movers it was my first time. though their price was a bit more than the other five movers but by looking at the reviews of other movers I choose to go with ISS and the crew came in exact time as they informed me on the bases of the time given by ISS Team I had scheduled a few meetings, since they were in time it saved all my time… when I came back from my meetings for the lunch all most all stuff were packed and ready for loading. when I have finished my lunch the crew called me and said the loading was over… ISS movers got an amazing team of packers and movers. yes I have recommended them to my friends who are about to move end of this year to New Zealand.

One thing I learned from this move is you need to be very clear about your expectations with moving companies. I wanted a full end to end move where I would not need to be present in person during the move as I was supposed to be at work. I therefore expected the team would take pictures and just place everything where they found it again without me getting involved. But with few telephone calls came unexpected by the moving crew requesting supervision…. with an apology from the moving company have satisfied me. On a positive note the moving company deployed the team on a Friday to make up for the few remaining job. The movers took great care of all of our belongings including the highly valuable art we were moving.
