I used FALCON MOVING COMPANY for my move within the Emirate. I have been very disappointed with the conduct of this company. I have spent a month requesting an invoice and each time am promised I will receive one. Now that just hang up or ignore my calls. All over a simple invoice required by my employer. It is hard to believe they can stay in buisness lying to customers and ignoring their reasonable requests. Several pieces of furniture were damaged and they lied about the workers speaking English. Working with FALCON MOVING COMPANY was a very disappointing experience!!!!!

MY COMPLAIN AGAINST MOUNTAIN AIR RUBY CARGO COURIOR COMPANY (ABUDHABI). I WAS SEND A HOME THEATER(L.G) VIA RUBY CARGO(ABUDHABI) TO MY HOME – PRADEEP SAHOO,C/O-JAYANTA KUMAR SAHOO,AT/PO-NARANPUR,DIST-KEONJHAR,PIN-758014,ORISSA,INDIA IN DATED-19/09/2012, BUT STILL UPTO TODAY THE PARCEAL/PRODUCT HAVE NOT DELIVERED. I HAVE A SHIPPER’S COPY OF RUBY CARGO THAT MENTION JOB NO-LA1161 & I WAS ALREADY PAID 540DH. FOR 34KG. ALSO I HAV CALL MANY TIMES IN RUBY CARGO OFFICE BUT THEY SAID JUST 2-3 DAYS YOUR PRODUCT WILL BE DELIVERED , ALL TIMES THE SAME ANSWER. AFTER 100DAYS THE RUBY CARGO SAID THE SAME ANSWER. I THINK 100DAYS MUCH MORE TIMES TO DELIVERED A PRODUCT ABUDHABI TO INDIA. I WANT MY PRODUCT IMMEDIETLY……….OR CLAIM AMOUNT-2389DH.
