The company is a complete fraud. I have experienced myself, after shipping the guy does not pay the companies in India to clear, he goes absconding, you are forced to pay 3-4 times the amount you pay here. Dont even think about using it
The service has been a big let down. We moved from Dubai to India and it’s been 40 days still our stuff is lying at the port in India. Phoenix Dubai office is not responding to our calls and little hope is from local clearing team. Please exercise caution while choosing the, rather opt for other movers and packers who can handle international moving and make the process seamless. Thumbs down for Phoenix Worldwide.
