CROWN LYON – NEVER AGAIN. Really; avoid if you can. Crown based in Lyon are absolute disaster.
They did not stick to time commitments. Damages of over €7000 in personal items (electronics, fitness equipment, picture frames, car, etc…). Stolen (they claim lost) priced wines! More than 12 month later customer service is still hopeless.
Packing was substandard (little protection on valuables, kitchen drawer silverware without paper on top do a mixer!), damaged my daughters first fingerprint drawing, preparation atrocious (driver could not even find the way to find our Vienna address! . . . Really?).
Do not believe their promises. Take digital pictures of EVERYTHING before they pack!
