I have used a Pattan moving group to relocate my house from Al Nahdah Sharjah to Al Qusais Dubai – the guys were unclean , came with no packing materials and a broken truck – the move was absolutely a nightmare , I have learned lesson it is always better to pay few hundred more and get a professional mover.

I have to get a quote for moving to Singapore, basically this shipment will be a container full of household goods packing and shipping to Singapore. Also I will have some cargo to be sent as air cargo to Singapore. Air cargo need to be packed in PVC boxes and wrapped with plastic sheets. If anyone can offer me a quote for this please answer me .

It seems a few “big” companies take liberties with their customers. Relogulf again. We used them to ship from Abu Dhabi to South Africa. Great up front service and professional, but as soon as they had our money all communication stopped. It took over six months for them to send our shipment and only contacted us to ask for more money. On top of this we had to pay a third party here in order to clear and receive the goods in SA. We were lucky in that only one item was broken on arrival… a marble topped table, however Relogulf botched the insurance claim and we are now left arguing semantics with Mr Neil Price who seems to think he can get out of paying the measly Dhs3000 it would cost to replace, by insinuating that we admitted to the damage being caused by climate/humidity, as opposed to the whole thing being dropped and smashed. Absolute cowboys. We’re now liaising with the international shipping ombudsman: http://www.shippingdisputes.com/ombudsman.html :in order to secure international legal assistance

    Complete hooligans
Euro movers are the worst of Movers and Packers. They broke all my furniture and cutlery. They even declined any help to get the claim from insurance. If that was not enough I had to travel some 70 Km from the city in an auto to grab my CAR, which they promised to deliver at doorstep. They are the real B*******..

    Disgraceful service
Australia and details of Relogulf so they are aware of what is happening – if you are insurred also follow up the insurance company – do not sit quietly raise your voice as these are your goods and you paid good money to get them moved – ex UAE lodge a compaint with the authorities there as well as bad movers should be dealt with to get your own goods and protect others – look for areas on the web where you can compalin and do so – do not be scared by threats from shoddy companies…

Stay away from RELOGULF they steal items from your shipment then take about 3 times longer to ship your items and have a habbit of not paying the shipping company on the other end. The worst Movers in the GCC region.
    Use ISS they are tructed

Yes i agree with your above statement, my experience is very worst, I have paid a full amount with Euro movers Dubai to ship my Household goods and personal effect to my Home country.but i was very surprised!!! my goods arrived at destination Agent Warehouse but they said that they will have to wait Euro-movers Dubai to give them a go signal as they are waiting for the clearance (WHAT IS CLEARANCE???). now i discovered that the clearance they were talking about are the outstanding payment that they have supposedly transfer to the Destination Agent accounts prior the arrival of my goods at destination !!! which really stupid…!!! due to this, my Items were being hostage for almost 3 weeks by the appointed destination agent and they will not release it until the amount will be credited, my family was suffering due to this mess and i just got a call from my friend saying that they Encounter the same type of problem and even some items were missing!!!, this is really freak…!!! I believed that EUROMOVERS is now financially in deep trouble as they extremely contenting using the money of new client and used the money to cover payment to their Agents…I don’t want that other client will experience this type of stupidity attitude given by EUROMOVERS DUBAI.so please investigate this matter…

Euro Movers Dubai had stored our custom made Euro 18, 000 B&B Italia wardrobe for 8 years for which we paid our storage fees every year. When we asked for it to be delivered to our new house in Dubai, they were missing 4 parts and promised to deliver or call us back within 48 hours with an answer. 5 months later they still could not find it and now refused to answer our communications demanding insurance / or storage fee/compensation. Then one day we get an email stating they found it and will send it over, our goods were destroyed in Dubai heat & as too large to keep in the house in its 32 piece set we were forced to keep it in the garage based on their promises it will be delivered soon… 7 months on and they did not have the courtesy to even write an apology letter… EURO MOVERS DUBAI SHAME ON YOU.. Unreliable!

I recently used ISS Worldwide (one of the companies listed above and also known as Inchscape Shipping) for my move from Dubai to Toronto. Initially, I was impressed by the size of the company, the claims of using premier packing materials, etc. However, once I had paid the company the money, all communications were stopped. The company disregarded all promised and committed transit and delivery times, and my goods have yet to arrive in Canada.

The entire process has been a nightmare and I would be pleased to provide any details to anyone who is interested. In the interim, I urge anyone looking for a reliable relocation company to look elsewhere and to AVOID ISS AT ALL COSTS.
